Narcan can be given by spray
into the nose 

1. Take it out of the package*
2. Hold the device with thumb on plunger and middle and index finger on either side (see photo)
3. Insert the tip of the nozzle into the nose and press the plunger with your thumb. 

*there is only one dose do not test it first!
